Another good week for growing in the garden, and much progress was made on the second season. Some of the fall crops – the Bolero carrots, Nero Tondo radishes, summer squash, green beans, dill and kohlrabi are planted. But a couple of surprise thunderstorms this week made the soil too muddy and caused a change of plans, so the last rows of beets, cherry bell radishes and Carioca lettuce are yet to be planted. That will happen this week.
